Digital Dental Scans / X-ray

See Clearly, Feel Confident: Digital Dental Scans / X-ray Services at Blue Cross

Blue Cross Radiology department is equipped with the latest state of the art technology to meet all 2D & 3D Intraoral and Extraoral dental scans / x-ray recruitments.

INTRAORAL SCANS / X-RAY

  • Bitewing: Show the crowns of the upper and lower back teeth in a single image, allowing dentists to check for decay between teeth and gum disease.
  • Intraoral Periapical – IOPA: a dental X-ray that focuses on a specific area of the mouth. It provides a detailed view of the entire tooth, from the crown to the root, including the surrounding bone structure. This type of X-ray is essential for diagnosing various dental conditions, including tooth decay, root infections, and bone loss.

EXTRAORAL SCANS / X-RAY

  • Lateral Cephalometric – CEPH: Our cephalometric imaging system delivers outstanding images at record-breaking speeds to reduce risk of motion blur, limit exposure time and ensure optimal image quality. This is an ideal choice for all of your orthodontic and oral surgery needs.
  • Orthopantomogram -OPG: A razor sharp panoramic dental X-ray of the upper and lower jaw, showing a wide image of the entire mouth, including all teeth, upper and lower jaws, and surrounding structures. With Live Positioning Assistant, video cameras and Artificial Intelligence (AI) combined with Tomosharp algorithm we are able to deliver ultrasharp panoramic images in an instant.
  • CBCT / 3D Imaging Systems: Cone beam computed tomography (CBCT) has changed the way doctors diagnose and treat patients. Our CBCT imaging system offers three-dimensional views of dentomaxillofacial structures that can’t be seen in traditional 2D images, and that makes all the difference.

3D views for Implants, Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery, Orthodontics, Endodontics, Periodontics, TMJ Analysis, Extraoral FMS, Paranasal Sinus. We offer 14 FOV’s from 4×4 to 16×17 fulfilling any requirement.
